Hi! I found your blog yesterday when I got my ffty shipment and I have to say I love it. Your recipes are simple and different and theres not a lot of "fluff". I will definitely be returning to check out what you're cooking.

I saw you were looking for other ides for cranberries, and I know it's a little late for the season, but I have a great cranberry salsa recipe that I'd like to share. It's healthy and delicious and always a big hit at holiday parties because it's so pretty.

8 cups cranberries (chopped in food processor
1 med diced white onion
1 bunch cilantro
lime juice (1-2 limes)
1/4-1/2 cup sugar (depending on how sweet your berries are)
salt and pepper to taste

It's so yummy I just had to share. Keep it up! (i'll be making your radicchio tart tonight with my new shipment.... I cant wait)
